“Went on a weekday, and staff Latrell was excellent. Definitely knew the stores products and the difference between the jeans. I had an older pair of Lucky jeans, that of course they have changed the name and number of, but the salesman knew which is the newer version. Store was clean, plenty of products and sizes available.”

“I have been going to jockey for more than 10 years. It has been a five star location for those 10 years. Recently, I went and picked up my usual assortment of underwear and socks. I bought two packages of extra large T-shirts. I tried them on at home and discovered they were either a 2X or a 3X. The shirts were marked incorrectly and now I have to go back and exchange them. I live 45 to 50 minutes away. I gave it two stars because of the friendly service that I received when buying the shirt I’ve never had a problem with Jockey before.”

“Conveniently located within Jackson premium outlets . This one is right at the entrance of the outlet mall. Lots of parking outside . Went on a weekend and parking was crowded , but we were able to find lots of spots . .. service can be better .. we asked for a pant and it took them 5-10 mins to come back .
We liked the quality of their pants and shirts . Fits perfectly on my kids. Very soft and good material . It’s a bit pricey though. Especially the pants . They just hike the price and then bring it down to 30$ . Shirts are ok. About 10-14$ … billing was easy and quick . Thought of giving 3 stars , but gave it a 4 for their quality .”
“I like this shop for the annual sales that they have .. . . Nice shop. Nicely and conveniently located within Jackson mall. Lots of other brands and shops around . Parking facilities are great . Huge parking lot.
Tshirts Looks good and stays longer. Very comfortable . Pricey though ! Few things are expensive . More money than any average shop.. but in some cases it’s worth it . Quality is nice . Good options for tees and pants … nice for girls too. . 4 stars ⭐”

“Conveniently located within Jackson premium outlet mall. So many different brands available and Nautica is also a good brand to shop: service can be better . Billing is quick .. lots of parking outside . Very few restaurants in this mall, but good enough ..
There was some sale going on .. tshirts are about 12-15$ .. we got a few ! Tshirt quality is good for 12$.. some of the shorts and other shirts are ok . They also have caps and oher stuff . Liked it overall. Their perfumes and body sprays were good . Got the gift pack for 24$ , which isn’t bad : good experience overall.”

“This is a 5 star review because of Bruce. I would tell you to ask for him but he's so friendly and attentive to all customers that chances are he will find you before you find him. If you want someone who will help you find the perfect outfit and get you looking great without any sort of sales tactics or pressure ask for Bruce. If i lived closer i would only exclusively shop with him.”

She was incredibly patient and understanding as she helped my partner and me find the specific shorts we were looking for and answered our questions about our items. Morgan went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we needed, and she also assisted us in applying our discount without any hassle. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made our visit enjoyable.
Shoutout to the supervisor as well, who was just as helpful and supportive, reinforcing a culture of inclusivity and respect. It's clear that this location values great service and teamwork.
I also want to recognize how welcoming and respectful the environment was — especially as people of color, we felt safe, seen, and valued. There was absolutely no racial profiling, which sadly is not always the case when shopping. This kind of experience matters.
