“Large, brightly lit store with second-hand clothing, well organized by type and size for children and women. All items are clean and very affordable. The fitting rooms are big. You can also donate your own clothes there.

“Prices are great, selection of women's tops can be a little more varied or up to date. Sales help is fantastic, specifically a woman named Claudia who is excellent, very helpful and really tries to go the extra mile. The one missing star is not for this particular location, but for a damage issue I had where the so called "manager" of a different location called me back and was aggressive and rude, which was totally unwarranted. I understand the need to protect yourself from customers who take advantage, but a little more customer service on items that get damaged immediately would go a long way in making people feel more secure in buying. In the end the Lakewood store picked the issue back up and did try to rectify the problem. Definitely a convenient place to shop, and on kids items it's the first stop. (Just please answer the phone!)”
“This is the first time I have ever written a review, but felt that this was extremely deserved!
The store was clean and neat with plenty of social distancing regulations to make me feel more comfortable and safe. The staff were all very nice, but what stuck out to me was the owner and his son Eli. They were both so kind and patient, even though I took a long time. I have unfortunately gotten used to stores that make the customer feel like they are dkj g the customer a favor and this was a breath of fresh air. The selection and the pricing was great as well.
All in all, I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be back! I highly recommend that you shop here as well!”

I loved that this store was so organized and well lit and stocked.The cashier was very helpful both in person and over the phone with placing a large online order. Returns were easy and the short line moved quickly.The quality of the shells is great. I purchased some basics (the modal ones are super soft and Lycra are great for more formal occasions).They are a bit pricey but these do last a long time and are worth the investment in my opinion. They’ve held up nicely with normal wash and wear.Overall positive experience, would recommend!”
