I won an auction at the site and the facility attendant, Amanda was amazing. Very courteous and kind, clear with expectations. Once the unit was cleared I took a picture of the completed task and showed her, without hesitation she refunded the deposit and we were on our way. Thanks for the smooth transaction and good experience.

The units are immaculate, and the service is wonderful. I've been in there a few times the last couple weeks and both Gayle and Amanda were friendly and super helpful. I work in the industry and have dealt with at least a 100 storage facilities up and down the east coast, and this might be my favorite one.
