“I haven't been to a Chicos since 2002 due to the terrible treatment and racial profiling I experienced in a Tinton Falls Chicos store. Right before this Christmas 2025, I built the courage to enter this Chicos in Jackson, and the workers there were so welcoming and helpful to me. I was happy to purchase some items for my mother that were of great quality. I just wanted to express my gratitude to those ladies for helping me overcome my fear. I will definitely shop here again. :)”
“I went in to get my custom engagement ring re sized and there was a new employee who took very good care of us but accidentally didn’t charge me, the store manager called and apologized and informed me on the issue but insisted we don’t pay but to be aware of the issue, she didn’t have to do that but it meant a lot to us and was extremely generous”
