Right before this Christmas 2025, I built the courage to enter this Chicos in Jackson, and the workers there were so welcoming and helpful to me. I was happy to purchase some items for my mother that were of great quality. I just wanted to express my gratitude to those ladies for helping me overcome my fear. I will definitely shop here again. :)”
“I went in to get my custom engagement ring re sized and there was a new employee who took very good care of us but accidentally didn’t charge me, the store manager called and apologized and informed me on the issue but insisted we don’t pay but to be aware of the issue, she didn’t have to do that but it meant a lot to us and was extremely generous”

“I purchased a solid gold rope chain for Christmas. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Since the item had to be ordered I was concerned they would not exchange. I called and was immediately told they would exchange for the correct size with the charge of course for difference in price. They were very accommodating and nice during this process. “I absolutely love shopping here! The quality of their handbags and jewelery are fabulous. I am personally obsessed with the Tom Clansy artist! The personalized shopping is always helpful and fun. Bottles of water and a nice snack is a nice touch. All of the woman go above and beyond to be helpful and work so nice with one another, as well as interact with other customers. It is an overall a really nice experience. I looked online through the website and reserved a few pieces, and when I got to the store, they were already pulled. It was so easy! I picked up a few more things once I was in there. They wrapped everything up that I wanted, and out the door I went. It was awesome! I just had to share...
