“I moved to HM Village Pharmacy after many years with CVS Don Conner Jackson NJ. After many changes in personal and pharmacist, the newest one is really unfriendly and nasty to the customers. So I moved.
From the very first time I walked in Eric had a smile on his face and when I told him that I wanted to move my prescription to the Village Pharmacy on Cooks Bridge Rd. Jackson he was delighted to help me.
Since I’ve moved, a few of the support staff from CVS have become employees at Village Pharmacy. Every time I walk in to pickup a prescription Everyone is happy and greets every customer with a smile and willing to go out of their way to accommodate the needs of the customers. I couldn’t be more happier to be a customer at HM Village Pharmacy.
Trish on the support staff couldn’t be more helpful as is all the other staff members, I just I knew their names to give them all proper credit they more than deserve.”

“Massive place but I think that is typical for the suburbs. They have everything you need in here but need a map to know where to find things. The produce section is usually pretty clean and they do a nice job at the deli counter as well. There sometimes is a line but it moves quick. The bakery section also has a bunch of cakes/pastries that I usually get as well. The croissants and chocolate chip cookies are my jam. ShopRite does it right!”

“Clean and fast check out unless your waiting for your prescriptions. There is always a lime at the pharmacy whether you are inside or at the drive thru. They typically seem short staffed at the pharmacy or folks seem to be doing busy work rather then assisting customers. And OMG if you opt to allow them to call you with updates on your meds you get multiple calls for the same script. Check the circular for sale prices. Lots of times they have some really good sales”
“Despite the not so great reviews for this store, I had such a great experience at this CVS thanks to an amazing worker who truly went above and beyond. He was young male employee with glasses, I believe his name was Cris lol he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed while making sure everything stayed affordable, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to get that level of genuine help and kindness these days. CVS is lucky to have him—customer service like this makes a huge difference. I’ll definitely be back just for a friendly chat with Cris! (Without the H!!! lol)”

“I got my COVID, Whooping Cough, and Flu vaccines there. They send me an email reminder and I register for an appointment online. Very easy and convenient and no waiting on line for my appointment. Very clean store and close to restaurants and shopping. Only a mile away from my home.”

They have always treated me with compassion, no judgment, as many pharmacists will treat you differently depending on medication. Been thru enough of them and mistreated by many places.
