“I’m giving 4 stars bc I brought a pool vacuum which cost me over 100$ along with a 20$ item back for Amazon returns. . Somehow only the 20$ item was scanned and went through the return process. I would have given One star if it wasn’t for TOM. Tom was SUPER friendly . Went out of his way to try and help me find where my package could have been sent and why it wasn’t showing in the system. He was courteous, Friendly, and chose to go out of his way to try and help me when another worker said “ sorry there’s nothing I can do “ TOM GETS A FIVE STAR RATING and is the ONLY reason I’m not leaving a negative review over all. He absolutely has manager qualities and knows how to take control of a situation with respect and a smile while still remaining professional. I’m not sure if I will get the money back for my lost item due to my mistake of not checking that the receipt did in fact have both items on it, but dealing with tom is the only reason I would even return to this store after someone else made the mistake of not scanning my more expensive item for return.”
