It has to be one of my favorite spots to shop. Be advised, go during the week and you will have the whole mall to yourself. Weekend are sort of crowded.”

“I went into the store at the Jackson outlets. Milan was working. She went above and beyond to help me. She used her computer to help me find a pair of shoes, and turned out famous footwear didn’t even carry. She was super pleasant and I ended up buying a pair of shoes (that I did not need) just due to the fair prices and the experience I had with Milan. I hope she is valued as an employee, because customer service like she provided is hard to come by these days.”
