“I went in on Sunday (5/17) looking for a specific flavor of Three Olives vodka and they didn’t have it. The owner (I believe that’s who he was) told me he could order it for me and I could give him my name and number and he would call me when it came in, in about 2-3 days. I told him I was leaving for vacation early Thursday morning (5/21) and ideally would need it by Wednesday (5/20) night. Lo and behold, he called me around 3pm on Wednesday (5/20) to let me know that it in fact came in and I could come and pick it up. Such excellent customer service!! When I went to pick it up he was so friendly and asked how I was doing and I thanked him tremendously and he said no problem at all. I thought that was such a nice thing to do for a customer!! So thank you so very much again!! ☺☺”

I was there today with my infant son and I told the owner i would have to come back for the mash kits as I couldn't carry my son and the kits at the same time. Unprompted the owner grabbed the kits and walked them to my car. Now there is an owner that loves their customers”

The guy with the baseball hat is very knowledgeable about wine varietals and there are generally 3 options of anything you are looking for. Prices are not outrageous, pretty reasonable but not like joe canal type deals. JFW is my LQ of choice, especially when looking for something new to try.”

“Outstanding place to order from on Drizzly or UberEats around the area. They are open late in the evening to order anything if watching a game or if your having a party. The delivery is impeccable, they keep you updated on your order status right up to your door.Also, Blake does a great job, he is a hard-working delivery driver, and very knowledgeable and keen if you're in the store. “I had to get quite a bit of liquor for a party and the owner was great. He was kind and welcoming and helped me find everything I needed. He also spoke knowledgeably about the wine and tequila that I was not familiar with. I definitely don’t get this kind of customer service from most retailers, especially not from the average clerk in a liquor store. The prices were good too. I will continue to go to him despite the newer place that opened very nearby. I hope he knows he’s appreciated.”

“Great craft beer selection. Super friendly staff who will go out of their way to assist. They let you into the cooler to check out any inventory that didn't make it to the shelf yet. Generous growler discounts on Thursdays. As a craft beer lover, it's great to have something like this so close to home here in E-town.
Update: I’ve taken a couple of issues with Yorktowne lateley. One, some of the cans on sale are woefulley outdated. A top shelf IPA is perishable, typically good for 2-3 months max. I’ve found cans over 6 months old. Some of the kegs on tap have been there for months as well. It is a great place, just wish they would put more emphasis on their craft beers”

“Scarlet liquors Is top notching my book. I've always felt welcomed and treated very well by staff and the owner. They're LGBTQ friendly And welcoming To all walks of life. I have never been Approach with racism or homophobia from which a former customer stated that the owner is racist and homophobic which is completely untrue and I will state the name Of this woman in my review (LISA CARR) I cannot believe she has the audacity and gumption to accuse a wonderful person and place of such horrific and untrue filth. She's falsely accusing this place of business and the owner because of her own Discriminatory way of thinking all because the check that she was supposed to be cashed within 7 days when it was issued to her for scarlet cash it and of course it was denied because it was 30 days old which she clearly knew and which there are signs posted at the place and at the counter no checks over 7 days And not to be previously signed but she did both. There are rules and regulations for every business you can't force them to bend their rules because you want them to bend them if the money was so important take it to the bank and cash it there but don't speak trash because you don't get your way I will continue to go to Scarlet for all For all my service needs. As a true Franklin local this place is the best⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
