My wife and I recently moved to Monroe from north Jersey and we needed to find a reliable auto repair shop. After much research my wife found Platt's Performance Plus to be the place to go based upon the many excellent reviews. My 2013 Honda CRV was in much needed care and I'm pleased to say that the experience at Platt's was very pleasing. They were very thorough with the overall inspection of my vehicle and made many recommendations for the much needed repairs. Derek Platt and Kim Guida were a pleasure to work with!! The entire staff are top notch and I'm so pleased with the results of my repairs.....my Honda feels like a brand new vehicle. I highly recommend using them for ALL of your auto repair needs. Long story but purchased a 2021 Mustang out of state with a number of issues upon delivery. Ed and his team thoroughly evaluated, diagnosed and repaired all issues. Extremely impressed with the level of detail these guys examined and cared for the car. This will be the only place I bring the mustang going forward. This is by far the most professional shop I’ve been to, as a car enthusiast myself I was extremely comfortable with allowing all the work to be completed. Both Derek and Ed explained in detail what work was done and how it was done, leaving me with no questions to ask them! They also catered to my work schedule and were able to complete all of the required work within my time limit. This was the first shop to send me a comprehensive review of my entire vehicle the transparency, is top-tier, Best experience yet!

Excellent. This is what "customer service" is all about! They explain every step of the way what is going on with your vehicle, what they fixed and why, suggest what should be looked at in future. I really can't say enough good things about this business, and the work that they do. I ordered tires from tire rack. Then platts performance installed on my rims for a 1956 f100. They took great care of my rims and installed perfect . I chose them because of there quality work i known them for. The tires arrived and Derick let me know and where finished after work. Again thanks to them great job!!!!!!!!!!

Automotive experts, the diagnostic report wows you with the effort and detail. The troubleshooting and repairs were beyond praise and they warranty their work. This is not your average oil change and random parts repair to fix issue place, this is where you bring the cars or trucks you love to get treated the right way. I talked to Ed and Derek on the phone and their automotive knowledge and friendly demeanor just sold me. My car spent over a year getting restoration work done in another shop that ended with extreme disappointment. Platts Performance Plus took the car in and corrected everything from the first shop and completed the car so it can safely be driven. Since receiving my 1978 Corvette back from Platt’s, it has won two trophies in two shows in less than a week and it’s a thrill to drive. Their work is not cheap, but their mechanics are amazing. I can not say enough good things about Platt's performance. I brought in my R32 GTR after a few calls, needed to put in a set of turbos in. The took the job even after I had already torn apart the engine bay, honestly it was a nightmare project ?. Once I brought the car they took notes on evrything I did and wanted done. They quality of work was outstanding, allways keept me posted and where understanding with my work situation and travel. They even stored my vehicle while y bought parts. Thanks platts performance, if couñd give you 10 stars I would ???

The day after I moved to Monroe Township my car would not start. I took a chance and called Ed's shop. Ed personally came to my new home, diagnosed the problem, and had my car running the next day. Was really impressed by the text and emails he sent showing a complete inspection of my entire car. Ed and his staff are very friendly, and the service is excellent. Sometimes when a bad thing happens something good comes out of it. I'm glad I found a place where I could go for car repairs in my new home area.
