Terrible check in experience at the Jamesburg location on Saturday. I selected waiting outside during check in and to, text me when my turn. Instead, they call out my name in the waiting room, I never get an text and I miss my appointment. When I attempted to address it they didn’t care to even hear me out. It was as if they felt they could treat people anyway. Totally unprofessional and a poor representation on those how provided excellent service in the past.

If you have to have labs this is the best place to go. Very friendly, caring technicians.

I always have a pleasant experience at Quest, Forsgate. The technician Diane is very efficient and very warm and makes you feel less anxious.

I used to goto Labcor: long lines, not polite and helpful personal.
Quest is wonderful. I would highly recommend it.

Worst Quest! Do NOT go here! They are super slow & can not get through scheduled apts let alone take any walk ins! I was here for 2 hours and they took a patient about every 20 min with 25 people checked in and waiting with more apts coming in. Awful awful experience & awful customer service! No understanding of how other quest offices work and no respect for your time.

Why can’t Quest use the computer to record and keep there clients information Every time I use quest I have to go through the same thing over and over again There is no need for this and it is so time consuming

Very nice staff and clean environment make this Quest Diagnostics as my favorite one from now on. You need to make an appointment online and then check in on kiosk. No front desk services are available.

The woman who took my blood was very friendly and the procedure went quickly and painlessly. I hardly felt the prick when she took the blood. Very professional and I didn't have to wait long.

The best visit I've had in all the years I'm going here! I had no appointment and was seen less than 10 minutes after sign in. Granted there were very few people waiting which is unusual. The phlebotomist was great, I didn't even feel the needle go in!
