“Cruz was very attentive and helped me through the purchase the whole way. He had the patience to answer all of my questions.
Update #1: the car I purchased had two check engine lights pop up on my way home! The engine was disabled and I had to pull over and restart the vehicle on two occasions before I even got home. I will update this before based on how they respond. Be cautious. Changing my review until resolution.
Update #2: Auto Hub asked me to bring my car to the Mazda dealership. The check engine light codes were engine misfires and old battery codes. This is my usual Mazda dealership and I trust them. The misfires were from very fouled spark plugs and a dirty intake from carbon. The car was well overdue for its scheduled maintenance which would have dealt with that before it happened. The battery codes were from a dead battery prior to the aftermarket one that was installed before I bought it. All codes were cleared and everything is fine now. I love this car (2023 Mazda CX9 Carbon Edition with 42,000 miles) and have since added OEM all weather mats, trailer hitch and wiring, and a nice Thule roof rack. Auto Hub reimbursed me for the work required to fix the issues and clear the codes. I updated my rating.”
