“Exceptional service. We have an Ego lawnmower that needs a specialized tech to repair the unit. I called three or four lawn mower shops and continued to be redirected, since the technology is relatively new.
I walked in to Ace Hardware Denville today and AJ was great! Not only did he diagnose the problem super quickly, but he then gave great advice on how to take great care of the mower to extend it's lifetime. We'll definitely be back. Great service, great advice. One happy customer.”

“This has been the trusted hardware store over the years. It's gone through quite a few renovations over the past few decades and still has what you need when you are fixing that electrical outlet or you need a new spray nozzle for your hose. It's the place to go if you need 1 & 1/2-inch wood screws when all you have is 1/2-inch nails. You come here if the Drano is not doing the job and you need a snake for the sink. In the fall, you'll get your metal rakes here to clear the fallen maple leaves in the yard (I prefer the plastic ones). If you are skateboarding behind the Walgreens (formerly Rite Aid), you can easily pick up new nuts or a wrench to secure your wheels to the trucks for a smoother ride. This hardware store has what you need to keep that garden healthy, from shovels, soil, and various garden tools. Last but not least ... Propane ?”

“Great people and a great company! Every time I go in there I feel like I’m part of the true value family and not just a customer and that goes a long way. The store is always clean and organized, the customer service is Impeccable, and the prices for their products are fair. They are always there to help and are also very honest. I went in needing a special bit for some lag screws that either came in a pack of two or in a box of screws. They didn’t have any of the two packs so instead of making me drive all the way to Home Depot they took one out of a screw box and told me that he’d sell me a 2 pack, give me the one from the box , and when the 2 packs of bits came in he’d save me the other bit. A month passes (I completely forgot about the bit) and Eric hands it to me. That’s what I mean by great customer service, I completely forgot about that bit and wasn’t even going in there for that but he did. I will always keep bringing them my business and highly recommend them to everyone !”

“A wonderful experience! We had been trying to find a place that did curbside propane exchange - all the big box stores expect you to go in and pay still! I was shocked no one was offering a true curbside propane exchange. Station Hardware made it super easy, the young guys working here are so nice and helpful, and we were in and out in 5 minutes. I also got a bag of potting soil, they loaded our car and ran my card inside; we got everything we needed quickly and efficiently. Thanks for offering this, we will be back :) highly recommended!”

“This is and has always been a Rock Solid Home Depot. Being the closest one to My homestead I'm over here Alot and I gotta say that they almost always have whatever it is I'm looking for. Sales Associates here are very helpful and if You hit them up with a question that they're not sure of they'll definitely get You in touch with someone who can help. It's exactly how a store network of employees should be, and for that I totally appreciate this place especially given the current understaffing conditions that they find themselves in these days. “Giving this Home Depot a 5 star review specifically for the amazing customer service I received. I ordered a vanity online and then a few weeks later saw that it was 40% off ($600 difference from what I paid). My husband and I came to the store to see if they would match the price without us having to bring the vanity back, because I am pregnant and the vanity was very heavy to move. We went over to the returns area and the nicest woman helped us, I unfortunately cannot remember her name but I will make sure to get it on my next trip back and add it on to this review. Because the request was a little confusing, she called a manager over who wouldn't give us the time of day and basically said since we ordered it online that we had to call Home Depot online customer service and figure it out on our own. The woman who ended up helping us made the call for us and waited on the phone for about 15 mins and ended up explaining the situation and got us the $600 back without us having to bring the vanity back. She is amazing and deserves a big fat raise”
