“They always have great stuff at very reasonable and bargain prices! Definitely my favorite thrift store and we've returned time and time again and can't wait to go back!”

“Great value on new and used clothes. Friendly staff. Cool selection. We were at our weekend getaway place nearby, and my wife realized she forgot to pack any shorts. Saw this place on an emergency trip on our way to Walmart. I suggested giving it a try. Glad we did! They had an area for husbands to sit and chill as wives shop, an amenity often overlooked in women's clothing stores. They even had great tips for nearby places for lunch. Highly recommended.”

“Hugh selection of used books in very good condition. Books are organized by categories (topics), such as specific crafts, novels, travel, biographies, etc. Volunteer staff are friendly and helpful, and money goes to charities. Books are typically $1 to $3 (some a little more). Attached to thrift store. Lots of free parking.”

“Its a hit or miss just like going to any store. I have found so many beautiful things when I have gone. Ugg, The North Face, Marc Jacobs, Coach, Gucci, Michale Kors all can be found sometimes you just need to take the time to search the racks. People shopping do place things in the wrong size sometimes. The vintage side is amazing I have bought so many cute finds on that side. I love this place and highly recommend it”

“It's an excellent place where you can feel in family, they love to help others and share their food with the people that need it. They love to share Bible promise's and pray for many people... I love to help in this place too.”

“FYI: There is a 3 bag/box limit per donation.I want to say that every experience I have here is good but I unfortunately can’t. I still think it’s a decent thrift store and I always buy something from them. I also really like the woman who usually works the front and I have always found the prices to be fair. There are some great deals on houseware, clothing, and Vera Bradley. The store has a 3 bag/box per donation limit that isn’t advertised until you go to the back to donate the items. I do not donate frequently but try to give them quality material when I do. Today I tried to donate 3 bags of clothing and shoes plus an additional small box of housewares (silver plated serving dishes and Pyrex cookware). They accepted the bags of clothing but wouldn’t allow me bring in the housewares box from my car. The woman in the back was rude and aggressive with her delivery of this rule and just unkind. I was taken aback given that I drive out of my way to donate here instead of a Goodwill/Salvation Army - thinking that a small thrift store would appreciate this more. I understand that everyone has an off day but when rules for donation aren’t explicitly advertised, some grace and tact would be useful for when someone unknowingly tries to donate outside the rules.”

“The store was fine, but the lady Donna, was incredible.Usually, when you ask a sales associate "where can I find__X__" you get a non committed grunt and a finger in the general direction of the isles. When I asked Donna a question about lipgloss, she immediately not only showed me where, but then asked a bunch of helpful questions to figure out exactly what it was that I needed. Then she proceeded to find and recommend product's that we're on my list. Honestly one of the best retail experiences I've ever had.”

“For the past 10 plus years, my family and I have been frequent donors and shoppers at the Salvation Army Thrift Store and Donation Center located in Dover, New Jersey. The manager, Chely, has always been very compassionate, understanding, and accommodating to me and my family. This same level of customer service also extents to others including my friends. Therefore, we will continue to frequent the store, as Chely is a valuable asset to the organization.”

“What a gorgeous consignment shop. They do such a beautiful job with, not only curating lovely things, but then presenting them in such a way that you walk away inspired with home decorating ideas of your own... Prices are reasonable for the treasures being offered... Worth stopping by this one regularly!”
