Goodwill NYNJ Store & Donation Center is a well-organized and clean thrift shop that offers a wide selection of products. The staff is generally helpful and kind, with one employee, David Walker, being particularly praised for his excellent customer service. He provided great recommendations and was described as extremely helpful, kind, and funny. However, some customers have found the pricing to be slightly higher compared to other Goodwill locations. Overall, the store receives positive reviews, with customers highlighting the large inventory, ample parking, and the quality of the products available. While there may be occasional issues with item placement, the store's cleanliness and the staff's dedication to assisting customers make it a recommended destination for thrifting in the area.
First time coming to this location. Normally I always go to the goodwill in pompton plains. This was such a different experience. Wares was neat nothing broken. At check out i was never asked if i wanted to round up my total for donation. Would definitely go back
