I wish you guys all the best of luck and I definitely would recommend you to my friends.I purchased a 2006 Acura MDX from the dealer about 2 weeks ago. While I cannot say that I had a bad experience I cannot say that I had a great one either. I feel that I paid an ok price for a car that needed both cosmetic and mechanical work. I asked the salesperson if they knew of any issues with the vehicle and was told that they changed the oil and had it detailed that was it, I could take the car to a mechanic to have it checked if I wanted. I drove the car it seemed to drive fine shifted well and the engine ran fine, but I couldn't check for any codes due to the fact that the battery was dead and the car had to be jump started. I have since had the check engine light come on twice for a catalyst below efficiency code fortunately I was able to get the car through inspection so that I can work on that problem at a different time. Also while driving the vehicle I noticed that there was a little bit of thumping in the front end but now it seems to have turned to a clanging sound when going over bumps. Having purchased many vehicles in the past both from dealers and private parties I know that it is absolutely my responsibility to check over the vehicle I will not fault the dealer for these problems just be aware that a thorough check may be in your best interest. My largest problem I have is the $350 doc fee charged for the vehicle while I understand all dealers charge this type of fee, I feel it to be very excessive for them to literally mail me the title from the previous owner and a certificate of transfer so that I can take it to the motor vehicle by myself and have the title and registration change to my name. Again I would not say that I had a horrible experience I am just saying that they seem to be like most other car dealers that I have dealt with in the past nothing spectacular nothing bad.”

“I was surprised by the negative reviews. My experience was nothing other than stellar. Nick and Frank went out of their way to be helpful and make sure the vehicle was safe when I purchased it. There were a couple of issues, which, when I brought to their attention, were promptly and corrected. I would have no problems purchasing a vehicle from them again. In response to the other reviews, keep in mind you're buying a used vehicle. The older the vehicle or the more mileage, there may be issues. I received a six or seven page Carfax report on the vehicle I wanted. It had one minor accident, and everything else was maintenance. Alpine motors did some other things to ensure the vehicle was safe and in good shape. I was very happy with the quality of the vehicle I bought, and with the responsiveness in treatment I received from the owners.”

I usually wait for service in the customer waiting area which is comfortable and provides snacks and drinks. Turn around time is usually about an hour for oil change and tire rotation. I try to use coupon offers to keep pricing of going to a dealership more affordable. I trust this service department to be accurate and honest. I own a TL 2010”

“I was at the hotdog joint next door called Rocco's eating a burger, and I noticed next door there was a dealership with all commercial trucks. Im an electrician by trade, so I figured Id check this place out. The service was good, everyone was very nice and cordial. I let them know I was just looking around and they were all willing and happy to help me out. They offered me water bottles and the use to the bathroom if needed. It was a very cool atmosphere and they were really cool guys. I checked around and was helped by an associate named Jim. He showed me a bunch of different trucks and helped explain the differences with each model. He was very informative and I was very appreciative for his time. “After almost 2 weeks of hell trying yo find a car for my girlfriend I went to Newark, NJ and got hit with the old bait and switch from a dealer. I got in touch with Nick who was selling the same car we were looking for and he stopped everything he was doing and drove the car out to us personally and showed it as well as letting me test drive it. He was very informative about the cars history and it really was relieving after dealing with crooked dealers. The negotiation process went smooth and he was more than fair with the price of the vehicle. If your looking to buy a car and don't want to get the run around, show up and the car was mysteriously sold the night before, or getting stuck with crazy fees then you have to go see Nick. The price with them listed is the price, no hidden fees or anything.
