“I highly recommend Ziggy’s Auto Body Shop in Jersey City! They repaired the rear driver-side door on our Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, which had dents and scratches from a tight parking spot. The Mercedes dealership estimated the job would take 2 weeks, but Ziggy’s finished everything in just 1 week and returned the car in excellent condition. They worked seamlessly with our Geico insurance and set us up with a rental. Great work and great service.”

“They're honorable owners & sell top quality auto parts just as reasonably priced as the POOR QUALITY sold everyday all day at Auto Zone, Advanced Auto Parts who sell disastrous parts with warranty u CONSTANTLY have to change out as I've experienced with parts like ALTERNATOR that had 2 be changed out 3x in a matter of 1 year at Advanced Auto & having to deal with corrupted employees that try hard 2 sabotage & not Honor the warranty costing you more time & money by having to call CUSTOMER SUPPORT 2 COMPLAIN ABOUT EMPLOYEES blaming you or your car for their inferior QUALITY parts they have the nerve to warranty ?!!! But of course all these chain corporations or most MAMMA/PAPPA businesses 4 yrs have followed the same capitalism scam model of selling GARBAGE ?️ right out the store!!!?”

“They do great work for a very low price here. Very nice people and reliable. It was too expensive elsewhere to get rid of all the fender dents and scratches and holes my bumper endured from urban street parking, but they offered a price far better than any shops in the area. Stephanie in the office is very helpful and accommodating. They did such a good job at a great price that I brought my other family members over to get their cars fixed up. Our cars look like new now at a reasonable price. They are a great local business that I can recommend without reservation. We were lucky to find this place after getting in a fender bender with someone who recommended this place. Went to three other places for estimates but they were the lowest by far. Cash only.”

“Sandy matched the paint perfectly. Also the Finish is smooth and is no different from the rest of the lexus. The front passenger fender was hit and replaced. Notice the fender that was replaced with the perfectly match fender on the lexus. This was the quickest turnaround I have ever experienced and the owner is a very honest professional.
The price was also very reasonable. It was nearly less than half of a price that I was quoted from one of the big garages in town.

AAA on the other hand only recommends garage that want to rip people off. The garage wanted to charge me $450+ I said, " Are you kidding me ", & I left. NAPA $161 for a Volvo battery & $15., to get it change. They are awesome, helpful, professional & so nice. Thank you guys”

“Hadn't done business with these guys in a few years. I called Buy-Wise two days ago to see if they stocked a window regulator I needed. Was told they had it and obtained a price. Dropped by the next day for the part and a decent counter rep shared that the part wasn't there because I had probably reached their Union store. Regardless, if I came back in a couple of hours they could have it shipped over. I did this and when I arrived the decent rep was busy with a customer so I went to be served by another rep. I shared with this guy that I had previously been working with his colleague (who was right next to him) and the part I was looking for. This guy starts looking up the part but gets on the phone and launches into a five minute conversation (literally) with someone in Spanish and it certainly had nothing to do with looking for my part. Now I don't speak Spanish, but I do know a thing or two about customer service. I've managed major call centers for Allstate and GEICO insurance companies, was a major account executive at Proctor and Gamble, and recently retired from Comcast after a very successful advertising career. Not to mention I was chief-of-staff to my councilman here in Jersey City as well. All of these positions required decent interpersonal skills. Seeing that this guy was CLEARLY putting my concern to the side, I politely apologized for interrupting his call to share that I just wanted him to let me know if the part came in or not. Obviously upset, this guy tells me I have to wait because he's handling something else and then told me I had the option of going back to the original guy I was working with. Bottom line, This guy was supposed to finish assisting me before taking on any other project and if it was an emergency, at least try and explain it to me. Frankly, he was just simply rude and being a jerk and as someone who has been fortunate enough to live to see the age of 71 years old, I know a jerk when I interact with one. I intend to bring my concern to Buy-Wise's senior management because I'm a big believer in giving reviews, both good and bad, so they can know who to commend and who needs corrective action. Given I don't know of the inconsiderate rep, I'm just going to post his photo. BTW, the really decent rep who I initially worked with and ultimately got the part from, did a laudable job. He deserves a raise.
UPDATE! My initial review was (1) star but after speaking with Ron, the GM, I feel better about doing business with this outfit. I will revise my rating now.”
“I felt I needed to write a review because after reading the other reviews here, I lost some sleep thinking this was going to be a multi-visit super expensive pain to deal with, especially because it was a rental car that got towed. I called them beforehand, asked what info I needed, called the rental car company and got the documents, went over around 9am, and was in and out. The guy was friendly and helpful. The car was not damaged or anything. They even accept credit cards - so they're easier to work with than my laundromat that only accepts cash :). Getting your car towed sucks, but this was as good of an experience as I could have hoped for all things considered.”

I went in for an oil change for my Subaru, said yes to one or two things additional (after complimentary inspection and after missing a recommended maintenance package) and got surprised with several things I had not said yes to. I complained and got the promise of a free oil change next time (in the form of a note on the back of a business card). Stay tuned...”
