Called to get a quote on a part and had the worst experience. Tom was very rude. I told him multiple parts I needed and he kept talking in circles then hung up on me. I called back and he hung up again. I’ll try a different location but Jersey City is completely unprofessional. I guess it’s okay these days to hang up... read full comment
