“I recently visited Meineke Car Care Center - Jersey City for an oil change, headlights change, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The staff was friendly and professional.
The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi. The oil and light changes were was quick and efficient.
What stood out most was the transparency. They provided a detailed receipt with recommended services needed.
My questions were answered properly for the other recommended services. I didn’t feel pushy about upselling for services performed or recommended.
The price was competitive, and the quality of service made it feel worth it. I’ll definitely return for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable oil change service or other services that they offer.”
“I don't have any complaints about the quality of the service, just the communication. I went in for an oil change for my Subaru, said yes to one or two things additional (after complimentary inspection and after missing a recommended maintenance package) and got surprised with several things I had not said yes to. I complained and got the promise of a free oil change next time (in the form of a note on the back of a business card). Stay tuned...”

“This is a very trustworthy shop. I went there after a few other mechanics couldn’t figure out why my car was jerking while accelerating. There was a lot of guessing including transmission issues but nothing concrete. George ran a diagnostic while driving my car and was able to figure out my issue… spark plugs/ tuneup… He also went above and beyond by checking everything to ensure my car was safe in the road…”

“Dropped in to check my rear tire, thought I needed a new one. The guy checked and said no need to replace. 15 mins later and $20 I had my tire repaired good to go. What a honest and kind person. Definitely would recommend to everyone. But like many other reviews said, it’s easy to miss the entrance. Make sure you slow down once you see a Fuel 4 gas station, otherwise you have to take a LONG detour to get back.”

“I highly recommend Ziggy’s Auto Body Shop in Jersey City! They repaired the rear driver-side door on our Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, which had dents and scratches from a tight parking spot. The Mercedes dealership estimated the job would take 2 weeks, but Ziggy’s finished everything in just 1 week and returned the car in excellent condition. They worked seamlessly with our Geico insurance and set us up with a rental. Great work and great service.”

“I’m so glad I listened to these reviews! I was nervous about going to an unknown mechanic I found on Google but I had such a great experience here. Tom let me know the issue with my car was the battery, which is still under warranty through AAA. He recommended I go through them to fix it rather than try to charge me, or find something else to fix, even though I was asking about my starter. He even kindly cleaned up the battery corrosion. He didn’t want to fix it if it didn’t need to be and I appreciated his honesty. I feel relieved knowing exactly where to take my car in the future!”
