They did such a great job fixing the dent on my door, but more importantly they are some of the kindest folks and really had such great customer service.”
“My car ran through raw sewage (unknowingly) during flooding in a bad storm, and hit a pothole at the same time, where the sewer lid must have come off. As a result, my front tire and rim were broken, and the car had raw sewage all over it, including inside the engine compartment. Needless to say, the car was absolutely disgusting, and you could smell it from 30 feet away.
East Coast Collision did an amazing job fixing and cleaning my car, the cleaning part being a very difficult and unpleasant job, and the car no longer smells at all.
Thanks to them, I still have my beloved car and didn't have to let it go.”

“I’m Coach Rico the boxing Coach. I want to personally give John a direct review, because he has been not only a great body repair shop. But in my opinion. A great mechanic as well. Let me give you a little background about why I speak so highly of John, who owns Centro Auto Body. I first came to him several months ago with a Silver metallic 2006 Impala SS V8 with a 5.3 Liter engine. This car is a monster regarding power. The car was a reck after someone ran a stop sign and hit me at a high speed. I thought my car was damaged beyond repair. I have attached a picture of the damage below before John did his magic on my car. The second pictures of my car was after John worked on it. As you can see all it needed after he worked on it was a good paint job. Well yesterday. I took my black 2006 Impala SS to him to have the frame under the front end straightened out. So I could put in a new radiator because the car kept over heating. Not only did he do a wonderful job in only (2)days. The car wasn’t overheating anymore. He topped the car with coolant, which he did have to do in my opinion because he’s a body shop. He did these things at an extreme reasonable price. Centro Auto BODY WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE I WILL EVER TAKE MY CAR AGAIN FOR BODY WORK. It is truly a shop with polite and professional people. Thank you John for taking pride in what you do for a living and you are dame good at it. It shows in your work.”

“I never leave reviews, but I needed to after my experience with A&L. I would give six stars if I could. After waiting all day for my insurance to send someone, they were unable to start or tow my car out of the garage. Joe showed up and was able to do everything in less than an hour - wish I called him sooner. The group that helped me were so nice, caring and professional. Highly recommend!!”
“dropped my tesla off for a bumper replacement. they said it would take a week and delivered on that.I was also pleased with how they cleaned my car, internal and external ! it’s difficult finding a reliable auto body shop to work on my tesla so i was glad sernio’s exceeded my expectations. “Sandy matched the paint perfectly. Also the Finish is smooth and is no different from the rest of the lexus. The front passenger fender was hit and replaced. Notice the fender that was replaced with the perfectly match fender on the lexus. This was the quickest turnaround I have ever experienced and the owner is a very honest professional.
The price was also very reasonable. It was nearly less than half of a price that I was quoted from one of the big garages in town.
4-day turnaround. Unbelievable”

“They do great work for a very low price here. Very nice people and reliable. It was too expensive elsewhere to get rid of all the fender dents and scratches and holes my bumper endured from urban street parking, but they offered a price far better than any shops in the area. Stephanie in the office is very helpful and accommodating. They did such a good job at a great price that I brought my other family members over to get their cars fixed up. Our cars look like new now at a reasonable price. They are a great local business that I can recommend without reservation. We were lucky to find this place after getting in a fender bender with someone who recommended this place. Went to three other places for estimates but they were the lowest by far. Cash only.”

“My car broke down in the middle of the highway due to the transmission. I went to three mechanics & they all told me it was going to cost me over $7k. Ridiculous! I was desperate & reluctantly ended up shopping for a new car. While at a dealership & looking at the cars outside, I struck up a conversation with one of the service dudes on his break & he recommended I go to Robert. My prayers were answered! Robert is a great mechanic. He doesn't give you any BS & tells you straight up the issue with your car & what your options are. I highly recommend him!”

“I felt I needed to write a review because after reading the other reviews here, I lost some sleep thinking this was going to be a multi-visit super expensive pain to deal with, especially because it was a rental car that got towed. I called them beforehand, asked what info I needed, called the rental car company and got the documents, went over around 9am, and was in and out. The guy was friendly and helpful. The car was not damaged or anything. They even accept credit cards - so they're easier to work with than my laundromat that only accepts cash :). Getting your car towed sucks, but this was as good of an experience as I could have hoped for all things considered.”
