CTown Supermarkets, established in 1973, is a locally owned chain with over 130 stores across the Metro-New York City area. The stores focus on serving their communities and giving back to neighborhoods. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially cashiers who often go out of their way to assist, even offering extra services like rides home. The stores are convenient for quick shopping trips and are ideal for finding sale items, though some mention inconsistent product availability and prices that sometimes don’t update promptly. The produce is generally praised for its quality, and the stores are small enough to navigate easily, though aisles can feel a bit cramped. Prices are considered a little high by some, but good deals are available if shoppers look around. Overall, CTown is seen as a reliable neighborhood grocery store that offers friendly service and a range of products, making it a popular choice for quick stops and local shopping needs.
I have good experiences here. Prices are reasonable, reasonably close and they seem to have everything need. Staff are friendly and professional.

I like C Town for the selection even if the prices are like a bodega mostly. They do have some good deals but you have to join their rewards. Clean for a store on westside ave.

Local supermarket. Inconsistent products, here one week then gone. Check the dates, many expired products on the shelf. If you find something marked down they look at you like you did the markdown yourself! Check prices. Sometimes sale prices don't update. Unfriendly staff.
