Amazing development to live in! The community is amazing and we’ve made lifelong friends among our neighbors. The buildings are well maintained and close to all the hot spot restaurants of downtown Jersey City, the library, parks and public transport.

I lived in Dixon Mills for 3 years. It was well maintained and friendly. At the time, there were many young professionals occupying the units. The commute to NYC was more convenient than some New Yorkers experienced.
