“5/5 stars best building in jersey city by a landslide. After living here a few year ago and now being back for a work relocation I explored my other options and buildings, while you might find a few others $100 cheaper or so what’s not included in those prices or their competitors hidden additional fees is what makes 65 bay stand apart. I made the last minute call to stick with what I already knew to be great service and a quality experience and 65 bay did not disappoint. In fact my entire lease signing process alone solidified that I made the right call to return and call 65 bay home. Brianna L from their leasing team is simply incredible at her job and customer service. I called on a Monday asked a million plus questions and she ensured I had a fully executed lease in place by end of day Tuesday to ensure I could move in the following Monday - all over a holiday weekend none the less! Brianna truly made my experience returning here everything and more and I can’t wait to move in!”

“My experience at Madox has been excellent from start to finish. I worked with Jensis, Holly, and William throughout my leasing process, and all three were fantastic — professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with.

Jensis in particular stood out. He kept me informed at every stage, was always quick to respond, and went well beyond what you’d typically expect from a leasing agent by helping with several things most offices simply wouldn’t. Move-in day was smooth and welcoming, and when a minor issue came up, the staff resolved it almost immediately. The staff are all really nice. Maintenance even puts on shoe covers when they enter your apartment! Small things like that are great to see.

We’ve lived at Hudson Point for a year now and, although the building may have its quirks, it’s been the perfect home for us. We love the community, the location, and the apartment itself. The maintenance team is always super quick whenever we put a request in. The front desk team has been incredibly helpful and friendly. We feel safe, supported, and overall happy. We have a dog and are expecting a baby this September, our family is growing and we’re grateful to have the experience here.”
