“My wife and I have been living there since last August. How do we explain our experience? Simply magic! Could not ask for a better place to live at. Every aspect of the building is well appointed from the apartments to the amenities to the gym. Valet parking is 100% efficient to say. Summers on the chic rooftop is an experience it itself. Every member of the staff are one of the nicest individuals one can meet. They all go above and beyond for the tenants. The old industrial vibe is very inviting . Oh yes, there is Cool Vines downstairs.”

“My husband and I lived at Madox for 5 years. We truly loved it there and if it weren’t for moving closer to family, we would have stayed. We looked at quite a few places before deciding on Madox. As soon as I walked into Madox, it just felt different than other apartment buildings- a very homey vibe if you will. I loved the boutique apartment style. It is also in large part because of the people there. The concierge team is outstanding and Antonio, Pablo, & Peter made us feel taken care of and like family at all times. Additionally, the maintenance crew was always responsive and thorough. I do have to say that as far as management goes, we preferred the original management company because they were more attentive and gave face time to get to know residents much more so than the current management company. But the concierge team makes up for that. For the entire 5 years we lived there, I was comfortable and proud to call Madox my home.”

“Two years at Baker building and we love it. The building is always clean, uplifting music in the lobby. We have great view from all our windows, and no draft at all even we are facing the ocean.Apartments are spacious and beautiful. For me no concierge is even better, less every day chitchatting)))All our neighbors are very sweet, we got to know many. All problems in the unit were always fixed next day.Prices are lower than other buildings around, we still trying to guess why, but in 2 years we couldn’t find anything wrong.If you get an apartment here, you are lucky I think.”

“Nice view, nice staff, super convenient location to Manhattan.But the alarm system of the building is terribly designed. It has been mistakenly triggered too many times. It would happen in the middle of the night, early morning, noon… And it can’t be turned off until the fire department comes.”
