Haiban Inn is an affordable motel in a great location in the heart of Little India on Newark Avenue, Jersey City. It is near an Indian market, restaurants, the PATH station, and the bus stand, all walkable. It is a place for short-term stays with a tight budget. The rooms are clean with hot water and very soft beds. Guests describe it as welcoming, with nice owners, but note it is not a 5-star hotel. There is no regular room service or cable TV, and you must ask for amenities. The internet connection can be poor. It is good enough for spending some days, where you are left alone to do your business and leave.
Haiban inn is good place. I visited three times. Found it helpful to my overnight stay for work trips. Previous stay I used for tourism. People here are kind and service oriented.

Affordable place close to the PATH train. 30 mins and you're in downtown Manhattan. Big clean room.
