First time using HiPer network internet + phone, and I'm satisfied with the speed! But the best thing is that the customer service is stress free and easy to work with! My account manager Maria's helping me immediately as soon as I contact her for any issues.

Used Hiper Network for two years while around Grove. I do enjoy the speed and stability at a kind of reasonable price.
However, the customer service is EXCELLENT! Great thanks to Maria who is always responsive, providing immediate help both set up and move out.
