“My experience with Alpha moving, and in particular with Andrew, was as exceptional as it was interesting…. A quick story worth reading. I was scheduled to move a huge household from Denville, NJ to North. Carolina. Andrew had returned to our home on several occasions as we changed the items to be moved…. Always, pleasant, polite and patient. We gave our deposit and arranged a date. Special crates had to be built for our artwork . Two weeks before our move, house complete packed… I was diagnosed with a relapse of my cancer that I had previously been told was “ cured”. I needed special treatments not available near my new destination. Moving away from my oncology team and Morristown memorial was not an alternative. I had to forfeit my deposit on the home in NC , was threatened into paying the realtor’s commission, despite not closing.
Alpha movers was the only player in the move who show compassion, integrity and professional ethics. Without any issue they gladly refunded my deposit and wished me well. In an era when complaints and angry reviews about dishonesty in the moving industry is ubiquitous…. a company like ALPHA is even more distinguished and applauded. “Sooo I deleted thw original review from couple years ago so people people can see this now. And i quote: This was my third time using this company to move since 2019. The best thing about this company is the consistency in service over the years. It has always been such an amazing experience each and every time! The guys do some great work and work hard! The group that did my move worked in such a cohesive way, with such respect and smiles all day! Ali did a good job leading the way! Communication throughout the move was on point. Office staff have been great with follow up as well, especially Hector! I highly recommend this company and will use this company again in the next move!

Used them a 4th time in the summer (June 1st) 2025!!! AGAIN NO COMPLAINTS!!! The guys that did my move in June were incredibly hard workers and respectful.... also just fun. Super nice and friendly. That's super important. I am committed to eagle van lines for every move at this point and ao should you. First time around was in 2o19. Still going strong in 2025. 6 years of consisteny really says a lot about this company. Also, the fact I stick with this company, the easier my moves are if needed as the inventory is already there int bwir system for them. Seriously. Love this company.”
