“My experience with Alpha moving, and in particular with Andrew, was as exceptional as it was interesting…. A quick story worth reading. I was scheduled to move a huge household from Denville, NJ to North. Carolina. Andrew had returned to our home on several occasions as we changed the items to be moved…. Always, pleasant, polite and patient. We gave our deposit and arranged a date. Special crates had to be built for our artwork . Two weeks before our move, house complete packed… I was diagnosed with a relapse of my cancer that I had previously been told was “ cured”. I needed special treatments not available near my new destination. Moving away from my oncology team and Morristown memorial was not an alternative. I had to forfeit my deposit on the home in NC , was threatened into paying the realtor’s commission, despite not closing.
Alpha movers was the only player in the move who show compassion, integrity and professional ethics. Without any issue they gladly refunded my deposit and wished me well. In an era when complaints and angry reviews about dishonesty in the moving industry is ubiquitous…. a company like ALPHA is even more distinguished and applauded. Truly a company serving its customers and putting their customers needs first and their goal to give an excellent experience. They’re really good guys!! Go with ALPHA, Rodger Silverstein, M.D.”

“Renting the unit was extremely simple on-line. When finished, the email had very clear instructions on how to access the unit. They even provide a new padlock in a sealed package. Inside it was clean with no sign of previous water leakage. The only negative is the door spring seems weak, I just haven't contacted anyone about it yet, but I'm quite sure they will fix it. We are moving down from Ohio and haven't started filling it yet, but it will serve us perfectly.”
“The prices were reasonable for the service. A small truck ran me about $65 bucks including taxes and insurance the good thing is you don't have to full the tank up only what you use I did run over my max time 3 hours and ended up paying another $127 which was reasonable for mileage and going over the expected return the system is awesome where you can check in and out by phone and there's a drop box they also had huge boxes for less than $5 dollars for packing and moving the customer was good and the store operation system was on point the only thing is when you return the truck be expecting a return pile up and possibly no where to park my first time renting a UHAUL I was impressed and very satisfied”

“It’s my first month with Delta storage; so far I have no complaints! I even spoke with another tenant who has been renting for 4 years who said he loves it. I went with Delta in Jersey City after a deep dive on Reddit & Google reviews. I needed something accessible from Manhattan that was clean, rodent & bug free. I saw so many horror stories about rodents on other listings! Not with Delta though.
