Super rude representatives, and manager is even worst. Came in to cash a check, she looked at my check and just tossed it in the counter without properly explaining why they can’t process the transaction. Not professional at all, change management!

No professionalism. No point in taking appointments. They don’t care about appointments saying that those were done online at PNC bank website and that they don’t care about that.
