“I come into this location a lot. I live in a building with coin operated laundry machines, so I frequently see the tellers at the front.
The tellers - particularly Mayra - always offer excellent customer service. Mayra always has a smile, is friendly, and remembers that I come in just for quarters. Today she recognized my voice from a phone call when I called in for the notary service.
This was my first time using any banking services at this location beyond speaking with the tellers and I experienced the worst customer service that I have had anywhere in years. The notary, Devi, was fine. However, the woman working the customer service desk, Eliza, was either incompetent or purposely doing a poor job with me in particular. I walked up to her desk and was asked to take a seat immediately because she was working with someone else. 15 minutes passed. Not only was I not checked in, but another customer was seen by the notary during this time. As soon as another customer arrived pestering Eliza to be seen, I realized I needed to make my presence known. I let her know I was here to see the notary, she looked at the form that I needed notarized, and again told me to have a seat without checking me in. After 10 minutes, I asked Eliza if the notary had been notified that I was waiting, as it seemed like she was free, and Eliza lied saying that she was not free and that the notary had been notified. Finally after nearly 45 minutes, the notary came out. The notary had no idea I had been waiting, but came out to get her 1 pm appointment, at which time Eliza notified Devi that I had been waiting for a notary and had previously called in and had been notified that I would not need an appointment.
I'm leaving 4 stars because one bad employee shouldn't warrant a bad review, but this level of poor customer service is indicative of poor management at this location. It seems like Bank of America probably got lucky with employees like Mayra and Devi, however, if the level of service is not consistent across the board, that does not say much about the management of this establishment. As this neighborhood grows, I hope this Bank Of America location can keep up.”

“Every time that I’ve had to do banking within this branch, I have had only ever positive experiences. The staff no matter who I have engaged with have been warm, helpful and friendly. Sometimes there are queues, but when are there never queues in a bank branch. They try their hardest to help everyone and to give the time to the people that they are with. I have to give a real special shoutout to Sara who has every time been there to help me and has always made myself other customers that I have seen feel comfortable and welcomed. A real personalized service that you honestly do not get every where and is rare to find nowadays. My kudos to Sara and the rest of the Team for always being great!”
“I opened an account march, the first lady I talked tobwas very nice ,I asked bout the loan process ,I was given paper wrk yo have my money come out my check every payday, I go in aptil13th asked bout the loan, and the lady I talked to was different,it was 9am and she was the only one there ,she was very arrogant, I told her I opened an account an she was mean saying I don't see anything etc. . The first lady gave me the sheet with info bout opening an account an the loan process, anyway amonth an some days go by ,I get a call 2day frm the lady that was mean, she said my credit score was 600 which on the other two credit company's my score is ,617,and 631, she says that I don't make enough income frm her calculations? I explained tgat bas long as there's $50 in the account I wdnt have a problem with the loan .now as u see for a emergency loan, wit no credit checks I cd receive a loan of $5 000 gor 10month pay period,then there's a seasonal loans which is a credit check depending on ur score I set up a payroll deduction of $25 every pay period. She tells me I'm no eligible for anything,,she was very forward an aggressive, stating I'm the one who fies the loans,it's up yo my descrition!!?I'm very disappointed, I was treated like a peasant and I felt very disrespected. FRM THE BEGINNING DHE WAS SAYING I WASNT GONNA GET THE LOAN ,BUT SHE SAID SHE WD SEE WHT I WAS ELIGIBLE FOR? THEN 3DAY SHE SAYS THE SAME THING ,I HAVE YONSEE WHTBUR ELIGIBLE FIR,!MY QUESTION WHY WDNY SHE HAVE CHECK THAT AMONTH AN AHALF AGO.INTHOUGHT SHE WD DO WHTEVER IS POSSIBLE TO SEE IF I CD RECEIVE A LOAN? I think this bank provides good old fashion banking - I think there is still a need for it , after all everyone isn't banking from their Iphone. It is nice to deal with human beings . In fact when I'm there I see older people and people who english is their second language - this branch has bilingual tellers .
