Nice view, nice staff, super convenient location to Manhattan.But the alarm system of the building is terribly designed. It has been mistakenly triggered too many times. It would happen in the middle of the night, early morning, noon… And it can’t be turned off until the fire department comes.

Me and my roommate checked out The Pier and will definitely add it to our list of options. Holly was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining where the apartments were located showed us the views!!!
