WORD is a favorite local bookstore in Jersey City with an excellent location right by a park. It offers a great but still curated selection of books, with top-notch quality and variety, including some discounted used books out front. The friendly and helpful staff provide personalized efforts to help find books or order them if needed. The store is organized very well and has events, making it a great store for gifting with cards and little gifts in addition to books. It is an amazing bookstore that provides a much more diverse and greater selection.
Excellent location right by a park to relax in with a new book. Great but still curated selection of books! Some discounted used books out front. Helpful and nice employees!

I absolutely love this store and I was so happy when they put the one in on Newark Avenue and even more excited when they added another one by Hamilton Park. I wish the prices were a little less steep, but the quality and variety they provide is top-notch
