They house floors 2-6 and you recognize it by the bright green colors as soon as the elevator doors open. Great view from the 6th floor of the water. Great day here at Fidelity.”

“Our CD matured so we drove 45 minutes to this location. Since they closed the North Bergen branch, it’s very inconvenient to bank with Popular. However, Glenda the good banker was very professional and courteous, going out of her way to assist us, providing alternate solutions . The CD was an IRA, so the bank would not take a signed letter and insisted on a “wet” signature. Anyone could see how closing branches then requiring customers to appear in person would be frustrating, but having one good banker can ease some of these pain points. Great job, Glenda!”

“I can only speak to the area around it and the floors my company occupies, but this is a great building. It's near any type of food you can imagine, it's adjacent to Zuccotti Park, it's near the subways and it's in a square with several good street vendors. Security is very good relative to what I've dealt with in the past, and the floors were on are very nice, clean and well maintained. Quality building.”

“I cant speak for anyone else, I have been with them for almost 7 years, ,, Since leaving the Mega Banks and my family has been with them for almost 30 plus years with few few it at all complaints.. Not like I have delt with the Larger Banks,,, The Big 4,,, BOA,,, Wells,, Chase and Citi... Citi I didnt have alot of issues with but them. They're used to be a branch right up the street a few years back then I started to notice they was getting rid of all or most there branches. I didn't feel the need to travel any further so I closed my accounts with Citi. Especially when there was a PNC right up the street and that's where my relationship started with PNC I really glad I did..... There Virtual Wallet Performance Select acct I am speaking of because thats what I have. The acct is flawless works well.... I have seen more alerts with this bank inside the Website than any other Bank..... They have alot and I mean alot of categories for alerts.... Free Cashiers Checks,,, Mobile Wallet,, Finally being able to do Wire transfer within the app... instant issue debit card ? at branchs like TD Bank has.... Past 2 Weeks PNC also partnered up with the Allpoint Network,,, so you can now use 60,000+ atms surcharge fee free without a charge meaning its free Also PNC also gives you 20 extra reimbursement outside of allpoint. 60,000+ Atms free something you wont never find or get with the Big 4,,, only prob if you have there highest tier Checking accounts with 200,000 or private banking which is crazy. I have nothing but good things to say about them.. I am glad I followed my mind and went with them years ago.PNC is definaltely a Main Street Bank.FYI,, as a homeowner alot of Banks have pulled bank from HELOC's But PNC has not,,,and they other the product.Very Pleasant people at this location... “After having a very upsetting and frustrating experience at another PNC Bank branch following my father's passing, I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we received at the Union branch.
The other branch refused to let me close my father's accounts, insisting that I needed additional paperwork from the Surrogate's Office related to my mother, who passed away nearly ten years ago. That paperwork was never actually required. When I tried to explain the situation, I felt dismissed, spoken down to, and treated as though I didn't understand what I was talking about. At a time when I was already grieving the loss of my father, the experience left me feeling defeated and overwhelmed.
I then called the Union branch, and from the very first phone call, everyone was kind, patient, and professional. They scheduled an appointment for the very next day, and the entire process was completely different. Chelsea was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly efficient, handling everything we needed in under an hour. She made what had been an incredibly stressful situation feel calm and manageable.
Losing a parent is difficult enough without unnecessary obstacles. Chelsea and the team at the Union branch treated us with kindness, respect, and empathy, and I am truly grateful for the exceptional service they provided. They turned a very discouraging experience into one that restored my confidence in PNC Bank.”
