This bank has the worse customer service. The people there clearly have no concept of banking. All they do is gossip about each other. They barely speak proper English. Management phones everything in to the bobble heads in the front. They are puppets just regurgitating whatever the morons in the back tell them. Your money is not safe at this dump. This is the dollar tree version of banking. Consumer beware!!!!

Worst merge transition I've ever seen. Management doesn't communicate with clients. Monthly sneaky charges and unreliable service.I wouldn't trust your business with this bank.

They did something to make my phone number invalid to ANY app/company to verify me. Everyday I have fraud alerts & have to call the bank to verify I’m trying to make a payment somewhere.

Just started banking with citizens this was the first branch I went into and it was the worst experience. I go to Newark now south street is the best.

Schedule an appointment arrived on time and they will still have you wait 20 mins. There was literally 4 bankers talking to one couple talking about bs. Listening from the waiting lounge about a story nobody cares. There was a lady in the booth waiting for a banker longer than us. Unprofessional 4 bankers for one client. What they said is true, horrible. They have the audacity to call back an hour later asking if we still want to open with them. Not to forget two people come in 15 mins later and gets service before us.

You can sit in the waiting room forever waiting to see a banker while the employees stand around and chit chat and gossip with each other. About their dogs, their jewelry, their lives. They will look at you right in the face and then continue their conversation. It’s really unprofessional and really poor customer service.

One of the personal bankers here or maybe she’s the manager is incredibly racist. She’s a white lady with blonde/gray hair in a ponytail. I was racially profiled immediately upon entering and treated with such a large amount of disrespect. I’m disgusted.

Love this bank. Never seems to be busy which is great. In and out! Not to mention the employees who work there. They are friendly and they will go above and beyond to make your banking experience a good one.
