“This was our first time getting rings from Zaris and we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. They were patient in understanding our needs and making sure that the rings were made exactly how we wanted. Both rings were custom made and very fairly priced. They were so eager to make sure we like them that they completely recreated one of the bands because we changed our minds after they had already made it. Wedding bands are a once in a lifetime investment and they went to great lengths to make sure we love ours.

I also left my engagement ring to get resized and it was done meticulously, you cannot even tell my ring was not this size before. “The store itself is great, the people are knowledgeable and I have never had a bad experience there. My son recently got engaged and he was giving his Great Grandmothers wedding ring to the girl. We had it sized and they cleaned the ring up like it was brand new. All my life I never saw that ring look so beautiful. My only gripe with the store is it is never open when they say they are open. I always look on google and it says they are open so I go there and they are always closed. I recently had some work done there on two other pieces of jewelry and was told to come on that Wednesday to pick up. I went on Wednesday, twice, once in the morning and once in mid afternoon, they were closed. I had to wait until the following week to get my things. Same thing today, I needed something fixed and looked to see when they were going to open, I went about an hour after they were suppose to open and the gates were closed. I think this place is fantastic but I am going to be forced to look for a different place because I just can not keep playing this open/closed tag.”
