Kodak was able to acquire, authenticate, and take care of the process for me with incredible turnaround time. On my last visit, I mentioned I had recently gotten my ears pierced and was having trouble after one of my studs came out. The woman helping me went above and beyond—she guided me through choosing the right earring, gave me alcohol to clean my ear, and offered helpful advice to avoid further irritation. On top of that, she gifted me a cute little necklace to cheer me up and included extra earring backings just in case. It’s rare to find such thoughtful customer service. Highly recommend!”
