(same day) Everyone i dealt with there was very friendly regardless of how busy they were. I was amazed of their service and hopefully wont have to see them again lol but luckily I was still under Samsung warranty and I got my phone fixed for FREE!. In the event I need to get my devices fixed, I will definitely be going back”

“I was here for something that might seem simple to most people (switching from sprint to t mobile) but that I had a ton of anxiety about because of experience with bad customer service I've had in the past. It didn't help that my whole family is in another state so we had to do this at different T mobile stores and all lose connection at the same time, with no means of communicating. I actually came here a couple of days ago because the other T mobile in Kearny told me their 'sprint machine' wasn't working so I checked this one, and the employee here named Mercy was incredibly helpful. So much more helpful than the other employees and customer service reps I had asked before both over the phone and at the other store. Today I was here for a while because I was waiting for my family to switch over on their side. Two separate employees came up to me and asked if I needed help, even though they were kind of busy with other people in the store. I was shocked when I finally approached the counter when I lost connection, and the switch was made so easily! All they had to do was look me up and switch the SIM cards. The level of service I experienced today was incredible and friendly. Mercy and the African-American gentleman who actually helped me today really helped me get over my anxiety. If I ever need anything again from T Mobile I'll come to this store if I can.”
