“Today I went to this UPS store, and it’s honestly the one with the best customer service I’ve experienced around Edison in the past few years.
On Sunday around 2 PM, I brought over a dozen packages to drop off using the self-service machine. A kind and lovely staff member came over and asked if I needed help carrying the packages… I was genuinely surprised.
The owner of this store should definitely recognize and praise this employee.”

“Anna is the best one to go to when you need printing done. I was so impressed with how precise my things came out and she even let me know that I can get laminating done. She told me about types of paper that y’all had to offer and types that you don’t, she was so great in helping me figure out what I needed to choose based on what was available. Calendars look amazing and I am now aware that I can come here for my business needs. Anna is very knowledgeable with what the UPS store offers. Love her”

“Called the Hillsborough P.O to ask for a mail hold on the express mail pkg the came in and was gonna be available for delivery. RON was nice enough to call me to come pick it up. When leaving the car wouldn't start. I jumped it to get to the P.O.. That worked but when leaving it wouldn't turn over. I forgot to take my cables with me so Ron who called me located a set of jumpers and got a carrier to swing by and jump me in the parking lot.
