“This is genuinely one of the best businesses I have worked with in any category. While it's annoy that they don't have a phone, they usually respond same day within a couple hours max so it's not a huge deal. This is a place that will find you the best deal whether or not they benefit... their mentality as I understand it is that honesty and effort for the client is better in the long term. They understand how to build a car for the track not just cosmetics and know subarus inside out. I was quoted 12 grand by a dealership for a new transmission and these guys found me a lightly used one for around $3k and installed it for a very fair price and it works perfectly 800 miles later. They even went to a local dealership to see if they could get them to cover a new one under warranty (said this one is more lenient with modifications than most) as the first thing they did when we came in (which would lose them our business) out of good will. However, as with the previous one I went to, the dealership cited the aftermarket modifications and increased power to justify their denial (fair enough). Transparency, fair pricing, professionalism. The best in the game couldn't be happier and will be taking advice from to and going here exclusively from now on!”
“What a kind and welcoming experience I had today at this shop! Even though they were really busy with their stuff they were able to help me changing my tire! As a new car owner I was nervous and they explained everything to me! Very recommended”
“The best, honest, and hard working mechanic you can find. Ben has over 20 years of experience and specializes in European vehicles. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Great company! I had a very good experience working with Bruce and the staff. Although they are located out of my county, they made arrangements to pick up and drop off the seats from our pickup truck. Not only was the job complete in 1 week, but the quality of the work was also beyond what we had imagined!! Bruce even went out of his way to reply to my texts when he was away on vacation! I highly recommend Union County Upholstery and plan to have the back seat done in the future”
