Tyrell was so helpful and patient. He suggested and offered different options and shared what other customers used. He was knowledgeable and would double check information with other associate if he didn't know. I APPRECIATED that instead of just fluffing! He even carried the 4 gallons to my car! “What a fantastic business! I went there today with my sister and we met with Danny! He happened to be from my old neighborhood in Brooklyn! We talked about how the neighborhood used to be, similar memories, bars, parks, and so on. He shared stories about seeing John Travolta during the filming of Saturday night fever and he even witnessed the making of a scene in the French Connection, and how Gene Hackman, and Roy Schneider were so nice to the neighborhood kids, and so on. How they're both real human beings! And it's funny because people today are so pretentious. Especially, the majority of the actors and actresses of today. They're all so cold and out of touch with reality. They have zero moral fabric and it's disgusting! And unfortunately, they're a sad reflection of our society. Anyway, I'm glad we decided to go to shamrock paints because he made our paint buying experience all the more special! “Shane from this place is such an angel. We messed up the paint color in our living room and could not find the old color that was used. We walked in with a piece of the wall. Shane to the rescue. He patiently color matched and gave us the right color and now my living room looks perfect. He is very helpful and answers any number of questions that we have. “I was not sure which type of paints, finishes and primer I was supposed to use in my exterior wood siding painting project. With a recommendation of a friend I went to Bloomington store. I showed the gentleman the condition of the house from my phone and he directly guided me to the right direction. I bought an oil based primer and low luster finish water based paint. He explained me that the oil based primer to hold the existing paint better so it doesn’t peel off under the new paint provide longer durability. And the paint finish is cleanable and also does not show the imperfections up to a certain points. He cleared all my concerns in my mind and I appreciate for those type of people who know what they are doing and also understand a customer’s need and guide them in the right direction. I would recommend here to everyone.”

Ryan was super helpful, so much so that he has managed to get Hunter Douglas to replace the entire window treatment at no charge to me.
