I came here to leave a good review because as someone who’s older I always receive the best help at this branch. But i was surprised to see all the bad reviews. I saw this one lady giving everyone a hard time because she didn’t have a drivers license while she was driving or any other form of ID when making a deposit and after all that leaves a bad review. A lot of the customers are just incompetent and can’t follow simple rules. While i do agree with some of these comments saying the manager is very incompetent and rude to customers I can’t say the same for Tameka and Enson the spanish guy. They have always been very kind and patient with me it’s the ignorant customers who make their day harder then it needs to be.

This location is horrible. The entire branch is incompetent. I don’t understand the purpose of having branches at all if they serve 0 purpose. The tellers are in there doing nothing, on their phones while attending customers, and you have to speak first to be attended to. They are unprofessional and have no idea what they are talking about. Where are they finding these low quality hires ?!?! I’ve been a customer since 2007 and desperately want to switch. Their service sucks! The managers Gabriela and Tameka are clearly lazy, i wanted to talk and so coincidentally they’re on “lunch”. The drive thru teller the Spanish guy is completely useless.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just called to ask about a checking account and to confirm if the only basic checking account has a $10 monthly fee? The girl who answered knew less than I did. Her reply was,” yeah whatever it says online.” I said well, I’m calling you so you can give me more information. She said she didn’t know and that again whatever it says on the website. So poorly trained and unprofessional, useless to be honest. I can’t imagine answering like that to help someone. Shouldn’t they know what services they have? Incredible

Bad attention, we all know that immigrants come afraid of getting into trouble, that's why we work with the middle name and the middle surname, but it seems that those at the bank are not interested in that and quite the opposite of speaking calmly and with a tone appropriate so as not to make the client uncomfortable, they speak with a very loud voice as if they wanted everyone to know that I am an immigrant, terrible, I will close my account these days. And I will move to another bank, one that understands people's needs, or that at least speaks to you correctly and not in a haughty tone.

I called yesterday the lady name Ales told me by phone I have to wait 48 hours to go to exchange my dollar in euros. I told her you don’t need my name or information she said no! Coming direct to the teller. Now they said I need to coming in person to ask euros and they give me appointment. Unbelievable I made reservations in hotels in Europe, I purchased the tickets everything by phone, but this lady the name Ales has the worst customer service don’t give me the correct answer or advice. Unbelievable!

Very outdated branch, the drive thru has no ATM. Very inconvenient setup. They should consider remodeling immediately.

I hate this location, whenever I go there’s one teller helping and takes forever to get helped. Very unfortunate because I live close by but have to go to a further location to get helped. GET MORE WORKERS!

Worst bank ever I will be switching banks as soon as I can. I tried to goto the bank yesterday because my card was stolen to try to get money out of it for my Christmas shopping. Both bankers were on lunch at the same time and the teller said "im not sure when they will be back" Tried to go again today and missed the closing of the bank by 1 minuet. I couldn't make it there any earlier which I understand was my fault, but 1 minuet actually 1 minuet after they close they would not let me in or use the drive thru. The only day I have left to go Christmas shopping. At my job even after closing we will help people who need it. So disappointed with this bank. I've waited on hold for 45 minuets for them to tell me theres nothing they can do. 100% switching banks after this. Horrible customer service.
