“I wanted to write this review to say what a great guy Mike the owner is. I went there with my Infiniti QX60 do to a sound I was hearing in the engine. He went for a test drive with me and gave me his honest professional opinion, then proceeded to help me see if I had a warranty so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. I did through Infiniti. He did try to scam me or take any money from me in fact he was a genuinely nice guy who did nothing but help me and saved me thousands of dollars. Great guy!!!”

“I've had only a few experiences at this dealership/location, but they have been very helpful each time! Most recently, I brought explorer here after another Ford dealership completely screwed me up by leaving my engine oil cap off! I only brought my car to the previous location because it's so much closer to home, but that was a mistake! Ford Corporate organized All American Ford to do an inspection for safety of my car afterwards as I was feeling very nervous. I told Ford Corporate that I only trusted All American Ford to inspect my car so they arranged a service with the service advisor, Paul. Paul heard the entire situation and had one of his guys fully inspect my car and also write a report for my records. Paul was super professional, thorough, and empathetic towards my situation. They were also honest and pretty quick with the service/inspection. He also completed it free of charge. Paul was so kind to my son who has special needs, and also shared some personal inspiration. All American Ford is far from me, but I'll only take my car here for service moving forward as it's the only Ford I trust with my explorer. “Highly recommended for older, high end cars. Mine is a 2016 Audi A6, with 125,000 miles. Still drives like a beast, but was stunned with an $8000 repair tab proposed by the dealer. Found these guys through a flier, had them look at it, and while the repairs were still high, it was no where near $8K. We walked through what needed to be done now, why, and would could be deferred to a next year. Glad I found these guys.”

“There was a dent on my 2020 Lexus LX 570 caused by an unidentified driver in a parking lot. After shopping around for a couple of days for a body shop to do the repairs, I went to DND Auto Body which is near where I live. Other auto body shops had quoted me outrageous prices, so I had decided not to repair it. When I entered the reception area of DND Auto Body, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and I also noticed how clean the facility was. In no time, she called Mateo to inspect the car and give me an estimate for the repair of the dent. Mateo was very courteous and professional. Much to my dismay, Mateo gave me an estimate which was 25% of what two other body shops had quoted me. Without hesitation, I authorized the work. Mateo told me it was going to take about 2 days to complete. A day later, I dropped the car off to Mateo. He even gave me a ride home. The work was completed the following day. The bumper looks meticulous and the paint is the exact match. Mateo, thank you very much for your unquestionably superlative skill and knowledge. If I ever need a body work, this is the auto body shop I will go to. Mateo has earned my trust and I will spread the good word around. Thank you, Mateo and keep up the great job unsurpassed in the auto body business these days.”

“Went today as my neighbor referred us to Jersey Lube. Mike was awesome, kind, professional,, honest and helpful. We got an oil change but most importantly he took the time to look into a problem we were having issues with accelerating. Mike looked at the problem & referred us to a local honest experienced mechanic. Don’t judge this place by the last 2 bad reviews. If you have a problem just ask for Mike, he takes care of his customers. Thanks Mike you made my son’s day 🙏🏽”
