“I stumbled upon this location by accident. I had no idea that it was even here. I was on my way to Fun Creation Studio to pick up my pottery, and Wells Fargo was right off the exit from Route 23 North. You might ask how I've been to the pottery place without noticing the bank, but that answer is simple. I usually take the back roads since I'm usually coming from Totowa. I walked in and was promptly greeted by one of the bankers. On this occasion I had a few checks to deposit as well as wanting to withdraw some cash. The banker was extremely helpful and efficient. Overall, a good experience. Now that I know this location is here, I'll make sure to stop by again when I'm in the vicinity.”

“We had car issues and got stranded waiting for a tow for 5 hours. Anthony was amazing. He gave my son, husband, and myself waters while we waited. He tried to help us with our car and kept checking on us. He kept allowing us to stay inside to stay warm from the freezing temps. He was very kind in a very stressful situation and we really appreciated him.”

“The purpose of my visit was to get a cashier's check. The wait was short. The bank teller who helped me was friendly, patient, and efficient. It is also a very convenient location to get to (just a block away from Grand Central).”
“Have been banking with PNC for many years at Stop N Shop. They are great and helped so much with so much kindness when mother died. Needed to use a full sized branch and it is closer, spacious, and has all services. All bank staff are bankers or higher in skill and have several years experience. They went above and beyond once again when cash was needed quickly after 3 days without home water. Days later financial broker at another entity was creating difficulties in transferring funds from investments to PNC (who has a fiduciary standard, always ask) and they did it again. Stress and exhaustion were greeted with patience, kindness, and focused loyalty. If commenting on specific employees was permitted, this post would be several times longer with gushing so extreme blushes would be induced. They are everything you remember about banking from the good old days though they are subject to prevailing interest rates as are we all. Even the furniture is new and comfy.”
