“Our little Marshalls here in Newton had an extraordinary selection of furniture, cookware, bathroom and kitchen accoutrements, including some very high quality bedding, bath towels and great customer service.
I've yet to meet a rude customer advocate in this shop. They have all been helpful, they don't try and sell you anything you don't need or want, and their products are very high quality for their low prices.
If I had any feedback for consumers, there is a LOT to look at and as a result you'll have a good time shopping if you like shopping in real life.
It's almost a physical product overload. If you remember a shop called "The Bombay Company" this place is very similar, however the theme is different. More modern than an antique replica vibe.
I like shopping so, for me, I could spend hours in this store.”

“Excellent store, excellent customer service! Visited the Wayne store, had to make some returns from both online and in-store purchases. Joe in the customer service area was fantastic. Joe went above and beyond, had a great attitude and is a great ambassador of the Kohl’s brand. The others working behind the counter were also very congenial and efficient. They all seemed to enjoy working with each other..
The kicker was after I made my returns, I did some shopping and as I was approaching checkout, deciding whether to do self-checkout or not, Joe remembered my first name and called me over to quickly check out at his register.
As many other retail stores have abysmal customer service, this was a great shopping experience.”

“If you like Nordstrom, you’ll love Nordstrom Rack. They have great deals and clothing very heavily reduced. For the most part, the store was organized unlike other discount stores. The bathroom was even very clean. I was impressed”
“A little pricier than I remember JCP being, and they didn't have a awesome amount of different options of some particular outfits/clothes. I also have trouble finding my size(s) in mostly Pants, but T-shirts as well. I don't mean for this post to sound bad, it's just THIS particular JCP didn't have the right sizes for several different articles of clothing I was interested in purchasing... Maybe they were just low on stock bc the holidays JUST passed..(?) idk, I'm only recounting MY Experience.”

This location will be closing around May 11th. They have lost their lease.
You can find some cheap items of clothing here as well as a variety of other items, although with the store closing they are much more limited right now.
Especially right now there are some great deals on clothing.
As with any store branch closing, you can never be sure exactly when they will either run out of items or ship the last of it off to another store. So my recommendation would be to go here as soon as possible for the last time.”

“TJ MAX is hit or miss. Some visits I walk out with a ton of items from clothing to home goods. Other visits, I don't find anything that peaks my interest. I use my TJMAX Mastercard frequently which earns me $10 & $20 of free money. 9 times out of 10, I don't need to pay for my purchases with any other method of payment. I love to shop here.”

“This place is clearly under staffed all the time I go there to shop but marija working there handles all the customers really well, fast, and in a smiling professional manner. I had found out she was also covering someone's break time even though she should be done and gone for the day when I had asked her why its such a long busy line and they don't even pay her for covering someone's break. Not only is she really pretty but also a nice person to cover her Coworkers. She should be made a manager or given a raise!”
“Place is clean. Wait time to check out is very long. Self checkouts are alone available. Registers were closed. Only return kiosks were open and if it is free then they are asking people to go there for billing. Plenty of parking space available. Would have give five star if there are more self checkouts or registers are open.”

I don't see this in a lot of retail stores today as people don't seem to want to work or do their job anymore and good customer service seems to be a lost art. But I find the associates here to be very helpful and they make me feel like a valued customer. Most recently, the gentlemen in the Tech department assisted me professionally and courteously.”

“Work with George! We went in a month before we closed on a house to get an idea of furniture and George was not pushy at all. He showed us a variety of options for bedroom and living room furniture, and told us to go back to the house to take measurements, etc.
A few weeks later, we came back and he helped us purchase and schedule delivery. The buying process does take an hour, not sure if it was the iPads they use... we ordered a custom couch due to arrive early November and the rest we scheduled a week after purchasing.
White glove delivery service for our first delivery was great, team was very nice, friendly and quick. I never received the day before phone call but the delivery team did call the day of when they were on their way.
While still waiting for our couch delivery, we decided we wanted to order another nightstand and George was able to add it onto our order without an additional delivery fee which was awesome!
Couch was ready a month early and second delivery team again was quick, efficient and friendly. We are loving all of our furniture so far! Thank you George!”
