“Can find some good deals on brand name stuff but the racks are chaos and you have to just dig through everything like you're at TJMaxx. Would be better if they just organized everything by size rather than by brand. Lingere section is pretty sad with barely anything left on it. Minus one star because the cash register girl forgot to take my tag off, the security alarm didn't go off and I got home realizing it's still there. Have to waste time to return to the store to get it taken it off.”

“I had never been to Bloomingdale’s before, but I recently had such a wonderful experience at Willowbrook Bloomingdale’s.
I was shopping at Zara one day, feeling really frustrated because I just couldn’t find a jacket I liked. That’s when Tanjida, a sales associate at Bloomingdale’s who happened to be shopping there as well, noticed me and suggested I check out Bloomingdale’s. She told me about all the new styles and amazing pieces they had, and I decided to give it a try.
Thanks to her, I discovered some incredible brands, like Nic + Zoe. I hadn’t really known about this brand before, but after Tanjida introduced me to it, it quickly became one of my favorites. Since then, I’ve been coming back to Bloomingdale’s with her, and honestly, every visit has been such a pleasure.
I have to say, Tanjida is one of the best sales associates I’ve ever met. She’s always cheerful, full of energy, and never seems tired. This time, I even shopped there with my family, which made the experience even better. She even treated us to B Cafe yogurt, which was amazing my family and I absolutely loved it.
