“Can find some good deals on brand name stuff but the racks are chaos and you have to just dig through everything like you're at TJMaxx. Would be better if they just organized everything by size rather than by brand. Lingere section is pretty sad with barely anything left on it. Minus one star because the cash register girl forgot to take my tag off, the security alarm didn't go off and I got home realizing it's still there. Have to waste time to return to the store to get it taken it off.”

“I had never been to Bloomingdale’s before, but I recently had such a wonderful experience at Willowbrook Bloomingdale’s.
I was shopping at Zara one day, feeling really frustrated because I just couldn’t find a jacket I liked. That’s when Tanjida, a sales associate at Bloomingdale’s who happened to be shopping there as well, noticed me and suggested I check out Bloomingdale’s. She told me about all the new styles and amazing pieces they had, and I decided to give it a try.
Thanks to her, I discovered some incredible brands, like Nic + Zoe. I hadn’t really known about this brand before, but after Tanjida introduced me to it, it quickly became one of my favorites. Since then, I’ve been coming back to Bloomingdale’s with her, and honestly, every visit has been such a pleasure.
I have to say, Tanjida is one of the best sales associates I’ve ever met. She’s always cheerful, full of energy, and never seems tired. This time, I even shopped there with my family, which made the experience even better. She even treated us to B Cafe yogurt, which was amazing my family and I absolutely loved it. I really appreciate this thoughtful gesture ❤
It’s been almost three months since I first met Tanjida, and I just had to write this because she truly deserves the recognition. If you ever go to Bloomingdale’s at Willowbrook and you’re not a strong shopper like me head to the 2nd floor and make sure to ask for her. You won’t regret it!”

There were two guys in the tech department selling AT&T phones. They were a bit annoying. I've never seen that at a target before.”

“I have never had a problem where with customer service or support. Any associate I interact with is always ready and willing to help me .. with a smile! I don't see this in a lot of retail stores today as people don't seem to want to work or do their job anymore and good customer service seems to be a lost art. But I find the associates here to be very helpful and they make me feel like a valued customer. Most recently, the gentlemen in the Tech department assisted me professionally and courteously.”

I had found out she was also covering someone's break time even though she should be done and gone for the day when I had asked her why its such a long busy line and they don't even pay her for covering someone's break. Not only is she really pretty but also a nice person to cover her Coworkers. She should be made a manager or given a raise!”

I decided to take a ride over there considering my target that I usually frequent in East Hanover has been a mess lately ( spoiled food, dirty shelves, open toys and packages everywhere, and not stocked ( even though the app tells you otherwise). Whoever is the manager over at the Target in Fairfield deserves Kudos because it was a very good shopping experience!!”
