“We purchased two King Koil Twin XL beds with adjustable frames to replace our king bed. Our salesperson, Jared, was fantastic and I would recommend speaking with him. Listened to our wants and needs and provided us with a great bed. 5-Star service!I am saddened by manufacturing of our beds. Although they are great to sleep on, they are of two different heights. Now it is a slight difference, due to the fact that they sit side-by-side everyone who have seen them noticed the height difference.Customer Service is to come next weekend and I will post a follow up.”

Some have bought boots from Ski Barn and others have brought in their own boots for help with fitting issues. “Last spring I had my kitchen remodeled; and I got new Hunter Douglas blinds for the kitchen windows. I absolutely loved the new sleek, modern, minimalist design. They providing warmth and privacy, while also providing good clear vision to the outside. They are so flexible, with just a touch of the remote moving the blinds up and down and moving the slats from closed to partially open. It also also great that I can control all of these actions from the app on my iPhone. So, I decided that I also wanted to put this new design of Hunter Douglas blinds in my bedroom. That installation was just completed yesterday. These blinds add such style to each room; and when I have my upstairs bedrooms re-painted next year, I am also going to purchase this new design of Hunter Douglas blinds for those 2 bedrooms. My sales representative was fantastic is assessing my wants and needs and preferences and professionally and efficiently directed me to the blinds that were for me. The installer is so skilled at installing the blinds and explaining the controller which can be used to open and close the blinds and the slats; but he also helped me install the app on my iPhone and showed me how to use my iPhone to do the same functions. He also explained about checking for updates. The Hunter Douglas products and team are the best; and I highly recommend them to everyone.”

“Okay. I haven't had much luck lately dealing with retailers and their so called Customer Service Departments or Sales people. I wasn't expecting this! I found a table I loved on line and reached out to Fireside Furniture as they were listed as a distributor for the manufacturer. I had reached out to another retailer before that who was more local, but they never called me back. My Good Luck! I sent an email to Fireside inquiring about the table and received an answer right away. I believe the woman was Cindy. Please forgive me if I am mistaken. She said she worked there for quite a few years. She told me she could get the table and if I placed a 50% deposit I would receive it in about 8 weeks, at which time I would pay the balance in full before delivery. It would be delivered to my upstairs apartment and set up. The table came in and it was delivered just as stated. I received a call advising me it was in so that I could complete the payment and I was given a delivery date and a time. No constant phone calls to follow up on where it was or headaches. The delivery/set up person was just as nice as Cindy. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to do business with Fireside Furniture.All I can say is this was one of the best experiences I've had in quite some time. My table is beautiful and I am very happy with the service and the product. Thank you Fireside. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to purchase new furniture. I know you will be the first place I reach out the next time I am in the market for new furnishings.”

I wanted boxed cake mix, organic oatmeal, lemons, and dry dill. The milk I buy is usually out of stock at most places and there was plenty at this location. Full fat Fairlife milk is not always available and it was plentiful and discounted.”
