“I just want to give a big shoutout to Gallo Jewelry. Like most dudes I got a watch I liked and wanted to change the leather strap it came with to a metal bracelet. Of course, I thought “oh I’ll just be able to change it myself.” Well needless to say I couldn’t do it myself. So I stopped into Gallo and was helped immediately. I explained my situation and Rob, the gentleman helping me chuckled and had the bracelet on and sized to me within 10 minutes. When I asked how much I owed him he told me not to worry about. Given that I didn’t buy the watch or the replacement bracelet from them yet they still helped me out regardless shows the kind of customer service they have. If you need any help with jewelry or watches don’t hesitate to stop in.”

“I brought my 95 year old aunt to Boston Lewis get a ring cut off of her finger. The ring was so tight she could not remove the ring and it was causing her hand and arm pain. The people there are angels!!!! They were able to cut the ring off and give her sooooooo much relief!!! Would recommend them without hesitation. They have such beautiful items in their store!!!!
