“This place was fantastic! I blew a tire on my travel trailer on the Thruway And I was towed to Mahwah To a tire place that was supposed to have what I needed. When we got there, they didn’t and I called at least a dozen local tire places with zero success. I called this place and the guy was so helpful although he did not have the exact tire I needed. He was able to sell me another one that was very similar. I ended up buying two which meant I needed to drive back to my trailer. Install the one tire bring the trailer back to him to install the second tire. The place stayed open an hour later for a complete stranger and saved my family vacation!!!! Had it not been for them my travel Trailer would have been sitting in the middle of a grocery store parking lot certainly overnight. My food would have spoiled and we never would have been able to get back on the road the same evening. Good people still exist! Luckily I live pretty local and will be using them from here on out!”
“I had a fabulous experience at Mavis. Not only did they fix my car exactly as they said they would, they outsmarted a previous mechanic who could not figure out the problem. When I drove away, there was a bit of a noise, so I drove back, and they fixed something they thought was too tight. They also fixed some other small cosmetic things on the car that I did not even ask for. It was a lovely experience.”

“They were great. I went in thinking I needed a wheel alignment, they brought my truck in, hooked it up, diagnosed I didn't need an alignment, gave me printout, no charge. Very polite, knowledgeable and honest.”
“Chris Edler and the team are exceptional. I brought in my 2023 Tesla Model Y for tires and an alignment. Tesla service had a nine-day wait and a significantly higher price tag, but Edler completed the mounting and alignment the very same day I brought the car in.
He is fully equipped for EVs, including the proper lift pucks to protect the underbody. His shop features a brand-new, state-of-the-art Hunter alignment machine. The precision alignment cleared my wheel alignment error code, immediately restoring all my assistive features, including self-driving.
He typically gets tires same day, charges fairly, and delivers professional work. Having a skilled local mechanic who can properly service a Tesla is invaluable. I cannot recommend Edler and his team enough.”

“First apologies for not reviewing sooner. I limped into their shop with my Tacoma after runing over a a 6 inch spike left sticking up on the side of the road at Monksville. Someone cut down a sign and left the piece sticking up, leaving a huge hole in my new tire. My spare was stuck and could not be lowered. Roadside assistance plugged my tire with 6 plugs, just enough to get me to the shop. I was blown away by their service, proffesionalism, friendliness and feeling of family. They ordered a new tire, fixed the chain on my spare and had me on my way all at an extremely fair price! I strongly recommend them! Just as an aside check out their projects, they built yhe worlds fastest food truck and have some great vintage iron around, all a testement to their talents and attention to detail.”
“En route to the Berkshires and I noticed my car was shaking when we went over 60MPH. Found the nearest auto repair shop and it happened to be Bevacqua’s. They were able to diagnose the issue and make the repair very quickly, slotting me in despite the bays being full. Now we’re back on the road!”

“While traveling on the highway, had an issue with a tire and was able to get off. At a gas station was referred to Dave's by a passing policeman. They addressed our issue in a timely manner. Very personable, and got us on our way in less than an hour. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone in that area.”

They changed the tire even though it had a slow leak later on which we had to get repaired later, but they saved us cuz we were in the middle of nowhere. We drove like 4 hours before we experienced the leak.”

Wow! The Pine Brook Pep Boys continues their status of greatness with their incredible service and product availability and pricing. Gabe is awesome. This guy really cares about every customer. Seriously, that is why I am updating this review because Gabe and his team deserve it! This past SUNDAY when most people are enjoying time off from work, Gabe and his Team were at the ready. My mom needed new wipers installed on her car and they got the job done, in 10 minutes, literally. Paid for and installed. On this Memorial Day and every day, God Bless America, God Bless Our Troops and First Responders and God Bless Pep Boys for keeping us safe while caring for our cars!
After walking out of the Pep Boys in my town, never to return...I decided to give the company, Pep Boys another shot so I called the Pep Boys in Pine Brook. Wow what a difference with just a phone call! The Pine Brook Pep Boys is GREAT! I was really impressed. They helped me over the phone and set me up while I was in transit to them. I needed new windshield wipers. Aboul and Gabe were awesome. Professional and all over it. While I was in the office paying for the wipers, they were already outside installing them on my car, in the rain. Talk about service! The price was right, service a 10. I give them 10 stars. My husband went there as well and he was treated the same way! THANK YOU PEP BOYS!”

“I discovered pry automotive my four-wheel transfer case on my Ram pickup truck went out I was lucky enough to coast my ram 2011 pickup truck into there lot . really professional mechanics they replace the transfer case on my four-wheel drive a wonderful experience. now my daughter takes her jeep there to now a customer to and very impressed.
