“My experience was a bit of a rollercoaster, but ultimately ended on a positive note. I needed a replacement passenger seat for my car, couldn't find the relevant part at any other salvage yard. The first one came with a severed electrical harness, so it was useless to me. I worked with Jacob on the phone and eventually he made sure I got the same seat with an intact harness by interfacing with the salvage yards directly. As compensation for the screw-up, he also had the replacement shipped directly to the dealership where I was going to have the work done. Initial encounter was so-so, but Jacob's customer service was outstanding.”
