“I needed a recall completed on my Ram. Started off with an easy online appointment. When I showed up I was politely greeted and worked with Marc for the vehicle intake. I inquired about new tires and was pleasantly surprised to find cheaper prices for the same tires I was shopping at third party auto centers like Mavis and Pepboys. After intake, I waited in their very nice, comfortable, super clean waiting area while watching the news on large screen tv's. Complimentary coffee selections and wifi were a very nice touch. “My experience was a bit of a rollercoaster, but ultimately ended on a positive note. I needed a replacement passenger seat for my car, couldn't find the relevant part at any other salvage yard. The first one came with a severed electrical harness, so it was useless to me. I worked with Jacob on the phone and eventually he made sure I got the same seat with an intact harness by interfacing with the salvage yards directly. As compensation for the screw-up, he also had the replacement shipped directly to the dealership where I was going to have the work done. Initial encounter was so-so, but Jacob's customer service was outstanding.”

I just want to thank you for building such a superior product.
This past spring I asked if you could build a radiator for my 1933 Plymouth PD Coupe, buiness class, a car my father in law passed down to his two daughters. I needed the dimensions to be exact because the nose piece bolts to the sides of the radiator.
So I took a nice ride from Massachusetts to your shop in New Jersey to drop off the old radiator.
A couple weeks later I had a new electric fan shipped to your shop and asked if you could install it for me.
I couldn't be more pleased with your work! The radiator is light, perfect size and the electric fan is installed beautifully.
When I received the radiator, the electric fan was already installed and it was packed very well with no damage
When I installed the radiator, it slipped right in, each and every bolt lined up perfectly and your special fan mount provided a mounting solution for my expansion tank. You made the installation a breeze.
Now the car won't come close to overheating. Actually, I need to purchase a new coolant temperature sensor. The one that is installed will not turn the electric fan off.
With the car idling in my driveway, the temperature reached 200°, the fan turned on and it brought the temperature down to approximately 120° and kept it there. This car will never overheat again.
