Their staff combines exceptional service knowledge with access to a wide selection of outstanding gear choices at great prices. Most of the staff are instructors who test gear to offer first hand knowledge and the best recommendations. Customers find it the all around best gear shop and a great kiteboarding shop. The team provides great service and top notch communication. They are extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. The turn around time from placing an order to receiving it is outstanding and shipping is timely. Any problems are resolved quickly, often in less than 24 hours, and fixed without any issues. For many, it is a go to shop for all wind sport needs.
